We provide and keep meticulous upkeep and maintenance. Our homes undergo a walk through interior and exterior inspection every quarter. Kitchens are provided with refrigerators that have ice makers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and microwaves. Laundry washer and dryer appliances are also included. TV wall mounts are standard in family area and master bedrooms. Seasonal yard-care is provided.

Tenant health, security, and quality of life are a priority. Vacancies are not filled simply to generate income. Placing residents in our properties that are qualified is a goal. Our tenancy screening starts quickly, is in-depth, and thorough. All HUD and Fair housing guidelines are followed. Showings are only scheduled for those with a qualified preliminary application on file. Applications that are incomplete, unverifiable or incongruent, history gaps in any category, or left blank will automatically be discarded. Domestic disturbance, in any form, is not tolerated.
Our expectations are simple: Pay your rent in full and on time, follow the Rental and HOA agreement, be a responsible and courteous neighbor, Communicate, and leave the home looking as you received it.
